Hi, I’m Ken Christian, owner of No Wait Notary & Signings and a Commissioned Notary Public. I bring more than 15 years of real estate experience and over 20 years in finance to every signing table, so you’re in confident, capable hands.
My role is to verify identity and serve as a neutral third party — but what I truly provide is confidence, patience, and care throughout the signing process. Whether you’re finalizing a real estate transaction, completing estate planning documents, or handling everyday paperwork, I make sure each signing is smooth, efficient, and handled with the utmost professional integrity.

Extended travel outside our primary area is available for an reasonable additional fee, based on availability.

No — we’re a fully mobile notary service and travel directly to your chosen location.
Cash, check, credit/debit card, and popular apps such as Cash App and Venmo.
Every signer must be present, aware, and signing willingly, with a valid, non-expired government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, state ID, passport, or military ID). Photocopies are not accepted. Some real estate signings require two forms of ID.
Real estate and estate planning packages are individually priced based on distance, signing type, and details. General notarizations are a Notarization Fee ($5 per stamp, per PA) plus a reasonable convenience fee for traveling to you. Call 267-481-1948 for a custom quote.
Your document will indicate if witnesses are required (look for witness lines). Witnesses must be 18+, competent, present, and have valid government-issued ID. Ideally they should not be beneficiaries or share the signer’s last name unless an attorney advises otherwise.

No. Please complete the document but leave the signature and date lines blank to sign in the notary’s presence. Some documents require an oath.
Yes — if the home has power, we arrive fully equipped with a laptop, scanner, and your documents for an in-office closing experience on site.
Yes, on request we can scan and email your signed documents to your preferred address (may incur an additional fee).
Yes — email your documents to us at least 2 hours before your appointment (may incur an additional fee).
Absolutely. We travel to hospitals, nursing homes, rehab and assisted living facilities, and correctional facilities to provide patient, compassionate service.
We do our best to accommodate same-day appointments Monday–Friday based on availability. Weekend appointments require advance confirmation, and a $25 surcharge applies to Sunday appointments.
